Frequently Asked Questions
Why are you charging a night rate?
We have extended our hours of operation from 8.30pm to midnight by appointment. We have made it voluntary for our staff to work the late night hours. It is their choice if they would like to work the extra hours. To ensure their safety, the night rate goes towards their late night uber ride home.
Can i choose my preferred masseuse?
Yes ofcourse you can, however please understand we go by a turn by turn appointment process. This may mean if you would like to book with a preferred masseuse, you will need to be flexible with your appointment booking. Please enquire further and we can try and make an arrangement.
What is the satisfaction guarantee policy?
We want to ensure all of our clientelle are satsified with their treatment. If within the first 10 minutes of your treatment you are not comfortable with your masseuse, please politely advise us and we will change masseuse no questions asked. We would prefer you tell us upfront as we want to ensure you leave NimThai satisfied with your treatment. Please note, to minimise abuse of this policy, maximum change of therapists is 2 times, if after 2 times you are still not satisfied within the 10 minutes we will offer you a refund of your money.
